Who We Are
Our office is located in Mico, TX making us a part of this beautiful community in Medina County. L&L Custom Homes and Remodeling was founded by Lewis & Liz Winecoff. In 1999, Lewis moved to South Texas in search of a new job and instead found a new passion; building homes for families that would last a lifetime. In 2006 hand in hand, Lewis and Liz decided to launch L&L Custom Homes. Together they began their Journey as a Premiere Home Builder in South Texas. Lewis and Liz have loved every step of the way each day working with clients and being able to present to them their final step in the process, home ownership.
We create spaces made for living life, making a house a home. Lewis was driven by two important concepts when L&L was created. The first was to be able to work closely with clients to ensure their perfect design. The other is to do so while maximizing the customers budget . These two key elements ensure that our home owners have flexibility to build exactly what they want while saving money along the way.
Our team is highly skilled and has years of experience. We love planning, designing, and building. Once you get to know our experienced design and build teams, you see we care about what we do. Our team has the tools, skills and a desire to help. Each member works tirelessly to serve our common purpose; providing an exceptional experience based on honesty, integrity, quality workmanship, and open communication.

Having been able to work across the counties of Medina, Bandera, Bexar, Guadalupe, Atascosa, and Comal we work with local municipalities to ensure your home is built according to local building codes.
